That’s why we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Items returned without Authenticity Certificate and Original Box will not be accepted.
  
  
• The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 7 days from when the original order was received.
  
  
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  
  
• For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted
  
  
• Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not replaceable.
  (Exchange is possible for the the items received and not worn and items to be in the good condition as received else no exchange at all for any items worn or got damaged because of misused)

• Light weight items (less than 250 dirhams) is not eligible for exchange, return or cash refund.
  
  
• Offers items like: Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 1 Get Silver Free, Any special promotion products are also not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
