7 – Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at talagold.ae, that’s why we offer a 7 day exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without Authenticity Certificate and Original Box will not be accepted.
- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 7 days from when the original order was received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted
- Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not replaceable.
- Light weight items (less than 200 dirhams) is not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
- Offers items like, Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 1 Get Silver Free, Any special promotion products are also not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
- Exchange item must be same value or higher value only. Customers can choose same price item from our store, we will pick your received item and exchange with new one. (*Pickup & Delivery charge AED 50 applicable by Delivery Company.)
Initiate A Return
Take a Photo of the item in its original state and packaging and WhatsApp or Send an email to info@talagold.ae
Schedule Pick-up
A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
Return The Item
Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
Replacement Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your replacement in 7 to 14 Working Days.
All replacement Items should be in original packaging and in same condition which customer has received the item, incase our inspection team find out the item is not in the same condition or not same packaging, talagold.ae has right not do the replacement and delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
All kind of replacement will be having a Replacement Charge of AED 50
Refund Policy for Online Paid Orders
We are providing refund for customers who purchased through Tabby, Tamara, Cc avenue (credit/debit)
- Refund for online paid orders will only applicable in case the order not yet shipped from our warehouse.
- Refund charge 3% will be applicable from total amount. (Our account team will deduct 3% from your total amount and rest will be refund to your account.)
Note: Tala Gold is not charging any refund charges from our clients. 3% charge is from payment gateway companies. (Tabby, Tamara, Cc avenue)
Refund Policy for Paid Online
We are providing refund for customers who paid online (by credit/debit)
- Refund for paid by credit/debit will only applicable for any emergency or any critical situations or reasons.
- Bank Charges will deduct from the amount and rest we will refund to the customers.
- Refund charge 3% will be applicable from total amount. (Our account team will deduct 3% from your total amount and rest will be refund to your account.)
- The refund will be done after receiving the money to our bank account. After that we can refund. (Amount might take one week to 10 days to receive to our bank)
- For any emergency or other serious cases client need to share proof for the refund reason and our accounts team will look into it. If in case our account team approve the refund, the calculation will be made only on the gold weight if the item will be returned as per market price or whatever company will decide.
Refund Policy for Online Paid Orders
We are providing refund for customers who purchased through Tabby, Tamara, cc avenue (all online paid orders)
- Refund for all online paid orders will only applicable in case the order not yet shipped from our warehouse.
- Refund is not applicable if you already received the item which you ordered.
